Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Fortis Inkasso GmbH & Co. KG, Gehrtsstrasse 16, 40235 Düsseldorf, email: info@fortis-inkasso.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

The user requests that we begin providing the services immediately after registration (before the expiry of a statutory withdrawal period).

The user acknowledges that their statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer may lapse after the service has been fully provided (and/or that they may have to pay a proportionate amount if they withdraw after the provision of the service has begun).

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
