Scan the QR code with your phone
To pay your invoice, simply scan the QR code at the top of the invoice sent to you with your phone. You will then be redirected to the payment portal and can choose from various payment methods.
No phone? No problem!
You can also pay the classic way by bank transfer. Be sure to write the reference number / invoice number (e.g. #FI-2023-000001) in the payment reference so that we can allocate your payment.
Pay online without the QR code
Enter the reference number from our letter in the debtor portal. There you can see your file and choose how to pay – in instalments too, if you need to. You don't need an account.

In the event of non-payment, further default costs and dunning proceedings loom. In subsequent steps a negative SCHUFA entry may follow; your account, wages or salary may also be attached within the framework of compulsory enforcement.

Frequently asked questions from debtors.
Check the claim and, if the principal claim is correct, pay it. With your reference number you can pay directly online – by PayPal, Klarna, bank transfer, direct debit, credit card, instant transfer or Apple Pay.
