How Fortis works with Adyen
On request, we first review which Adyen data can usefully be transferred. After individual activation, Fortis Inkasso can take over claims arising from chargebacks and failed payments, together with the related customer data, and handle reminders and recovery of valid claims. We report the processing status to you as agreed.
