Moving past-due HubSpot customers into collections

HubSpot organizes your marketing, sales and service activity around company, contact and deal records. On request, we define with you which of those records Fortis would need to pursue your past-due invoices.

Being added: on request

Markets: Germany · Europe · USA

Other systems on request

Apart from DATEV and Lexware Office, which you connect yourself in the portal, these systems are still being added to the Fortis system. To use one of them, please contact us through the request form or at info@fortis-inkasso.de. Until then, you can hand over open items from any system with the CSV bulk import in the portal.

How Fortis works with HubSpot

On request, and after review and individual activation, delinquent customers could be passed from HubSpot to Fortis along with their company and contact details. Fortis would then handle payment reminders and collections and report each case's status back as agreed, so your team can follow progress on the related contact record.

Apart from DATEV and Lexware Office, these systems are still being added; to use one of them, please contact us directly.

Typical data from HubSpot
