Referring past-due Oracle NetSuite invoices to collections

Oracle NetSuite keeps open invoices, customer balances and A/R aging together in one cloud ERP. Companies that manage receivables there can ask Fortis to review how that data could be used to place delinquent accounts for collections.

Other systems on request

Apart from DATEV and Lexware Office, which you connect yourself in the portal, these systems are still being added to the Fortis system. To use one of them, please contact us through the request form or at info@fortis-inkasso.de. Until then, you can hand over open items from any system with the CSV bulk import in the portal.

How Fortis works with Oracle NetSuite

After your request, a technical review determines which NetSuite records and fields would be needed. If Fortis then activates the handoff individually, it would take over the past-due invoices you provide and handle reminders and collections until each account is resolved. You would receive updates on payments and account status in the agreed format.

Apart from DATEV and Lexware Office, these systems are still being added; to use one of them, please contact us directly.
