Using Zoho CRM records to recover delinquent accounts

Zoho CRM is where your team manages accounts, contacts and deals across the customer lifecycle. On request, we map out with you which records would go to Fortis once invoices are past due and how case updates could flow back.

How Fortis works with Zoho CRM

If you request it and the integration is individually activated for your company after review, Fortis could take over the past-due invoices of delinquent customers together with the related account and contact data from Zoho CRM. We would handle reminders and collections and share each case's status as agreed, so your A/R team knows where every account stands.
