Collecting balances from failed Braintree transactions

Braintree is a PayPal-owned payment gateway that U.S. merchants use to accept online payments. When a customer payment fails or a chargeback is lost, Fortis can review a request to pursue the unpaid balance.

How Fortis works with Braintree

Following your request, a review and individual activation, Fortis would treat failed Braintree transactions and chargebacks lost in disputes as delinquent accounts. We would contact the customers involved, work each account through the collections process and report case status back to you as agreed.

These integrations are currently being added to our system. If you would like to use one, please contact us directly.
