KG, Gehrtsstrasse 16, 40235 D\u00fcsseldorf, email: info@fortis-inkasso.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).<br \/>To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.<\/p><p>The user requests that we start providing the services immediately after registration (before the expiry of a statutory withdrawal period).<\/p><p>The user acknowledges that his statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer may expire after the service has been provided in full (and\/or he may have to pay a pro rata amount if he withdraws after the service has been provided).<\/p><p><strong>Consequences of revocation<\/strong><br \/>If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
